What is Starve.io?

Starve.io is a multiplayer online survival game where players must gather resources, craft tools, and fend off hunger, cold, and other players to survive. Set in a harsh environment, the game requires players to balance their immediate needs with long-term survival strategies. As night falls and temperatures drop, players must rely on their resourcefulness to survive the night and ensure they don’t starve.

Rules of Starve.io

• Survival Basics:

  • Gather Resources: Collect materials such as wood, stone, and food to craft tools and maintain your health.
  • Crafting: Use the resources you gather to craft essential items like bonfires, tools, and weapons. Crafting is vital for survival, especially as the environment becomes more challenging.
  • Maintain Health: Keep an eye on your health, hunger, and temperature meters. Failing to manage these will lead to your character’s demise.

• Environmental Challenges:

  • Winter and Cold: As night falls, the temperature drops. You’ll need to build a bonfire and stay close to it to keep warm and prevent freezing to death.
  • Hunger: Keep your hunger at bay by gathering food and planting seeds to create a sustainable food source. Starving will quickly drain your health.
  • Other Players: Decide whether to collaborate with other players or compete against them. You can either form alliances or go solo and fend off attackers.

• Game Controls:

  • Movement: Use the WASD keys or arrow keys to move your character around the map.
  • Interactions: Left-click to gather resources, craft items, and engage in combat with other players or animals.
